Looking for a Decent Home to Rent

My husband and I recently adopted my niece, and we are currently living in a small rental unit. We would like to rent a home (not an apt) two bedrooms, 3 bedrooms if it is a smaller home. We really prefer a home on the southside of Peoria, since it is closer to my husband's job. We really need help because it is really hard to find a decent rental property for low rent these days. Our income is limited because of our recent family addition.(We are able to afford up to $450.00 a month) PLEASE HELP US ! THANK YOU !
